Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, you can pay by credit card online from the payments section on our website.
Q.
How do I know when you will be mowing my lawn?
A.
We will set up your regular mowing day which will be the same each time we mow. The time we arrive will also be approxiamately the same each visit. There may be times when we change your mowing day due to weather conditions in which case we will let you know when we will be coming.
Q.
Do I need to be home when you service my property?
A.
No, as long as we have access to your yard you do not need to be home.
Q.
I lock my gate to our back yard, do I need to let you in?
A.
If you keep your gate locked, you can either give us a key or we will provide you with a combination lock. With a combination lock we can guarantee your piece of mind and insure our ability to service your property. We can provide a combination lock free of charge for the duration that we are servicing your property.
Q.
Is it ok for my pet to be outside on my mowing day?
A.
Our staff use motorised equipment and for the safety of your pet and our staff we ask that your pets be kept inside or at least out of the yard during our visit.
Q.
Do you still work when it is raining?
A.
During light rain periods we may continue to work, however if it has been raining constantly and your yard is too wet to mow we will schedule your lawn for the next day. We will contact you when rescheduling.

What are your payment terms, do I need to pay upfront?
A.
If you have booked a one time service you will be required to pay before your property is serviced. We are not in the business of debt collection so we find that paying upfront makes things easier for everyone. Our regular clients will be invoiced monthly.

What is the best way to contact you?
A.
We prefer to use e-mail because your message gets to us fast and we can respond quickly to you regarding any changes to your schedule or any special service instructions you may have.
